Self-cleaning screens generate independent vibration through their structure of individual wires bonded by PU strips or wire clusters, fully utilizing the screening surface. The screen frame vibrates at 800 cycles per minute, while the individual wires vibrate at 6,000–10,000 cycles per minute. This effectively prevents pegging, blinding, and clogging, increasing throughput by up to 40%.
