Applicable materials for screening include: crushed rocks and gravels, limestone, iron ore, coke, sintered ore, kaolin and related materials.
The maximum temperature of the screened material is not more than 120°C, and the ambient temperature is -40~+60℃.
The material falling into the vibrating screen mesh is no more than 300mm in height.
The maximum particle size on the screen surface is not more than 5 times the particle size below the screen.
Chemical resistance. Acids and alkalis are suitable for pH values of 4-9, and stainless steel wire can be used for materials with stronger acidity and alkalinity.
Maximum feeding weight. The optimal thickness of the material layer during horizontal vibrating screen and screening is no more than 5 times the aperture size.
Because the aggregate vibrating screen mesh is made of highly wear-resistant materials, but its fatigue resistance is not enough, the tension of the screen mesh is the key to ensure the service life of the screen mesh during installation and use.
For screen mesh with edging or elbows, the outer dimension of the screen mesh edging (elbow) should be 30-50mm smaller than the actual distance inside the screen box to prevent the screen mesh from being too long and not tight enough.
1. Selection of mesh: Meshes with the same mesh number should be selected. This is important, as mismatched mesh numbers of vibrating screen mesh can directly affect the accuracy and yield of the screened material.
2. Laying of mesh: When installing the screen mesh, the screen mesh should be laid flat on the tray and pulled as flat as possible (but not too forcefully, otherwise it will affect the service life and accuracy of the screen mesh), and then fixed to the frame with fastening devices.
It should be noted here that the three-dimensional rotary vibrating screen frame is a letter frame. The screen mesh can be pressed on the mother frame through fastening devices. The ultrasonic vibrating screen mesh is directly attached to the frame, and the screen mesh can be tightened and stuck during installation.
3. Tightening: After the screen mesh is fixed on the mother frame, check whether the surrounding screen mesh is pressed tightly on the mother frame. If relaxation is found, adjust it reasonably.
Various reasons can cause blockage in the screen mesh during use. The solution to blockage is to expand the screen mesh from a two-dimensional fixed hole to a three-dimensional variable hole. This is an effective method, especially for material screening below 5mm, which can effectively reduce material blockage.
In terms of screen mesh installation, attention should be paid to the installation quality of vibrating screen mesh, so that the screen mesh is always in a tight state on the screening machine, avoiding the occurrence of slack screen mesh and secondary vibration.
